Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st 1989) is an American actor from the United States. She has played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless the show, which she played from the year 2011 until 2021. Also, she played Harris Conner-Healy on the 10th season of the sitcom for families Roseanne as well as its spin-off continuation The Conners. Kenney was a New York City native born in the fall of 1999. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are her parents. Kevin Kenney was a writer at Fox Sports and formerly worked as a writer for The New York Post. Emma Kenney is born the same location like Emmy Rossum. Kenney (19) was born in Manhattan and plays Debbie who is the hot child on Showtime's Shameless. Although her birthplace was in Manhattan, Kenney spent the majority of her childhood years living at home in Garden State. Kenney also played Darlene Gilbert (Sara Gilbert)'s daughter Harris in Roseanne.
